• PRIVACY POLICY     It's simple ... customer information is neither shared with nor sold to anyone. Period. And everything is shredded before recycling — guaranteed! Also, no customer credit card number, phone number or email address is ever entered into my computer! (Orders are hand-written). • RETURN POLICY - PINSTRIPE PUBLISHING BOOKS      Allowed within 30 days of invoice date for purchase price only (no refund on shipping). No refund on books that are returned damaged or beyond the 30 day deadline. Invoice must accompany return. Inquire for return-mail instructions (include invoice number in inquiry). • SHIPPING POLICY      Books are shipped in 24-48 business hours via USPS, media rate unless faster shipping is requested at time of order. Artwork shipping varies according to item weight, size, packing requirements, insurance, and etc. Please inquire before or at time of order. Occassionally an order might be delayed for drying time (original artwork), or to clear a personal check. Pinstripe reserves the right to update and/or correct these policies as necessary without notice.
