• PRIVACY POLICY
It's simple ... customer information is neither shared with nor sold to anyone. Period. And everything is shredded before recycling — guaranteed! Also, no customer credit card number, phone number or email address is ever entered into my computer! (Invoices are hand-written).
• RETURN POLICY - PINSTRIPE PUBL. BOOKS
Allowed within 30 days of invoice date for purchase price only (no refund on shipping). No refund on books that are returned damaged or beyond the 30 day deadline. Invoice must accompany return. Inquire for return-mail instructions (include invoice number in inquiry).
• RETURN POLICY - RECIPE CARDS, NOTECARDS, MEMOS & MAGNETS: No returns — all sales final (excluding errors; see below). Pre-order samples available on some designs or for a small fee. Please inquire.
• REPLACEMENT POLICY
Books with manufacturing errors replaced at no charge (return original purchase with copy of invoice). Recipe cards, Memos with personalization errors replaced at no charge (if our error). Reprints to correct your error at full price.
• SHIPPING POLICY
Books are shipped in 24-48 business hours. Normal shipping on other goods is in three business days of receipt of order. Occassionally an order is delayed for drying time (as with personalized items), or if it is very large (number of pieces), or to clear personal checks from customers not yet known to us. All orders are acknowledged with a return-mail invoice, showing items ordered and estimated ship date and method.
