"Occasionally Asked Questions"
(Last question asked appears on top of the list)

Q  Do you know of a computer program that prints recipe cards?
A  I suspect there are many ways to print recipe cards on a computer-printer. Personally, I use a vector-draw program to design the ones I offer / print.
Q  Can I order recipe cards WITHOUT the lines printed on them?
A  Yes. Simply specify 'no lines' on your order (no extra charge).
Q  Are the recipe card dividers taller than standard 4x6 cards so that they will stand up above the recipe cards?
A  Yes. "4x6" dividers actually measure 4 3/8" x 6" (3/8" taller than the 4x6 cards). Likewise, the 3x5 dividers are actually 3 3/8" tall.
Q  Can you put my family recipes into a cookbook for me?
A   Sorry, I no longer offer this option.
Q  Do you have products other than recipe cards?
A   Yes ... Notecards, Memos, Pinback buttons, Gift tags, books, etc. Just click on other links.
Q  Please can you mail a catalog of your products to me?
A   See printable online Catalogs (PDF files) or print the web pages (catalogs may not be up to date). No pre-printed catalog is available.
Q  Can I get a different personalization imprinted on recipe cards?
A   Yes, as long as it will fit and is not offensive. Inquire when ordering. (No extra charge)
Q  Do you carry 3x5 recipe card protectors   (clear plastic sleeve for a single card).
A  DISCONTINUED AS OF May 18, 2005, due to undependable quality from supplier.
Q  Do you carry 4x6 recipe cards?
A 4x6 recipe cards are available (since Feb, 2004) in all designs shown on Recipe Card page!
Q  Do you have any recipe boxes?
A   Currently, no. But I am always on the lookout for something special to make available.
Q  How long does it take to get personalized recipe cards?
A   Shipping time depends largely on USPS and the destination. Normally I can mail them in three business days, depending on my current workload and the quantity you order.
NOTE:   Recipe cards are shipped USPS (US Postal Service) from Sedro-Woolley, Washington State, via FIRST CLASS MAIL or PRIORITY MAIL .

Q   Can I send you my order by email and then call you with my credit card number?
A   Yes, and you may call my toll-free number to do that . . . 1-800-308-7411 .See my contact page for the email link.(Never send your credit card number via email or on a cellphone connection)
Q   I can't get the order form to work; can't enter anything into it.
A   My order form is NOT interactive; you can print it out to use as a guide when phoning in an order, or complete it and drop in the mail with your check OR credit card information.
Q   Where are you located?
A   Washington State, the northwest corner of the USA. ... Pacific time zone ... three hours EARLIER than the East coast. (FOR EXAMPLE ... when it is 8:00 AM in New York City, it is 5:00 AM here.)
